PURPOSE: Provided is an airtight structure of a suction and release part for contents in a vessel which keeps airtightness of an airtight part elastically by a cover so that it continues to hold airtightness, however some distances are generated between a spout and an entrance. CONSTITUTION: The airtight structure of the suction and release part for the contents in the vessel comprises the parts of: the spout(100) which includes an adhesion part(101) and the entrance(103) having a spout hole over the adhesion part; an airtight part for inner wall(105) which is formed at an inner wall part of the entrance and widened to a constant angle; an upper airtight part(106) which is formed at upper edge of the entrance; and the cover(200) which includes an upper side part(201), a lateral part(202) and an inner cover(203) to be touched to the airtight part for the inner wall and the upper airtight part for keeping airtightness, in which a slide wall(204) and an airtight wall(205) are formed to raise efficiency in airtightness.
