PURPOSE: An insulating body is provided to improve the safety of a plug without shortening the contact pin or modifying the size of the connector system by rounding the front ends of the guide units. CONSTITUTION: An insulating body to be incorporated in a generator as a constituent of a plug-in connector device is provided with guide parts extended in the direction of plug connection for housing connecting pins(16.1,16.2). The guide parts are extended from the underside face to the top face, and a U-shaped short-circuiting spring is arranged inside the insulating part with the bottom leg part extended in parallel with the bottom face. Two U-shaped leg parts are extended in the direction of the top face. Opposing contact tongue parts(36z1) for pressing the connecting pins when a plug-in connector device is not in a state of being plug-connected are protruded from the U-shaped leg parts.
