PURPOSE: A method for displaying a caller ID is provided to display the caller ID more visually by displaying a stored image through a caller's telephone number when a call is connected. CONSTITUTION: When a call is connected, a received caller ID is analyzed, a phone book table is searched and it is discriminated whether an identical caller ID exists(S11-S14). If the identical caller ID exists, an image is displayed(S15-S19). If the identical caller ID does not exist, the received caller ID is displayed on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(S20). So, a user performs a telephone call through the displayed caller ID.
