PURPOSE: A system and a method for accumulating and settling cyber money through a game on a cellular phone are provided to accumulate a point obtained by the game as the cyber money, and to pay the cellular phone charge with the cyber money by making a user enjoy an interactive game without the burden for the cellular phone charge. CONSTITUTION: An Internet communication server(6) operated by a mobile communication provider is connected to each cellular phone(2) through a wireless base station(3) and an IP(Internet Protocol) network(4). A game server(8) provides various game contents to each cellular phone(2) in real time by connecting to the communication server(6) and the IP network(4). A management server(9) accumulates the cyber money according to the game point of the user by connecting to the IP network(4) and the game server(8), and performs the settlement of various kinds of service charges through the cyber money according to the user's selection by connecting to the communication server(6).
