THE SYSTEM IN A NONVOLATILE MEMORY AND ELECTRONIC KEY The present discloses a Global Positioning System (GPS) via satellite for terrestrial vehicle control for programming the speed limit and stops; the same system for controlling the vehicles information and for controlling a computing system which is characterized because: the speed limits are indicated by the Global Positioning System via satellite; the stops are programmed; the control of information is kept in the different keys; the control of information is displayed in the box; and the computing system controls the register of the vehicle information parameters.
