PURPOSE: A system and method for supporting a technique of an embroidery device based on a network, and a recording medium having a program source thereof are provided to enable a user to receive wanted information from an A/S service center server by on-line during an embroidery operation by mounting an emulator capable of connecting to the A/S service center server in an embroidery device. CONSTITUTION: An A/S service center server(300) transmits a supporting service page through a communication network(100), and supplies embroidery device related information or a failure diagnosis information by responding to a supporting request signal being received through the service page. Each embroidery device(200) having an emulator is connected to the A/S service center server(300) by responding to an operation of an embroidery worker, and receives the supporting service page. In the case that the embroidery worker inputs an embroidery device technique supporting request signal through the supporting service page, the embroidery device(200) transmits the request signal to the A/S service center server(300), and the embroidery worker receives corresponding embroidery device related information or failure diagnosis information.
