PURPOSE: To provide a binocular telescope with photographing function that is configured to incorporate the photographing function without the need for a large volume over the entire configuration required for fulfilling functions of a binocular telescope while taking the entire weight balance into account and to photograph an object with a sufficient luminous quantity. CONSTITUTION: A coupler of observation optical systems (12R, 12L) in the binocular telescope with photographing function are contained in a casing 10 comprising two parts 10A, 10B. The parts 10A (10B) contains the observation optical system 12R (12L) respectively and both the parts can relatively be movable for the eye width adjustment. A revolving shaft cylinder 54 is placed between the couple of observation optical systems and photographing optical systems (68, 70) are placed in the inside. A battery 92 is disposed at an outer end of the part 10A, and at least a speaker circuit board 82 is disposed at an outer end of the part 10B so as to attain weight balance of the binocular telescope with photographing function.
