摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a method for the continuous production of a lattice-shaped body made of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin which can be applied to a material unable to be cured by light such as carbon fibers, and can sufficiently press-bond even a reinforcer with fine meshes without using a large amount of a resin. CONSTITUTION: Layers comprising groups of linear longitudinal members which are formed on an advancing carrier by arranging the longitudinal members of continuous fibers impregnated with the uncured resin in parallel, in the advance direction of the carrier at intervals and layers comprising linear lateral members, which are formed by arranging the lateral members of continuous fibers impregnated with the uncured resin perpendicularly to the advance direction of the carrier at intervals. The lateral members are folded in a U-shape at both side ends of the carrier are laid alternately to overlap each other to form at least three layers. In this way, the lattice-shaped body in which both members are laminated in an intersection part in which the groups of the longitudinal members and the lateral members are crossed. Next, by pressing the lattice-shaped body from above by a press means, with the groups of the longitudinal members and the lateral members press-bonded in the intersection part, the uncured resin material in the lattice-shaped body is heat-cured.
