PURPOSE: A jointing structure of concrete filled square type steel tube column and beam using a stud bolt is provided to install a beam on both sides of a column separately and to avoid interference of bolts when crossing joints. CONSTITUTION: The jointing structure of a concrete filled square type steel tube column and beam using a stud bolt comprises the steps of placing end plates(41,42) joined on each end of H-beams(30,31), contacting the end plates(41,42) of the H-beams(30,31) on the outer contact plane of the square type steel tube(20), then connecting to the square type steel tube(20) by stud bolts(50), and placing concrete in the closed section of the square type steel tube(20) to make a portion of the stud bolts(50) buried together with concrete, so that the H-beams(30,31) are joined on both sides of the square type steel tube(20).
