PURPOSE: An exhaust manifold structure of a vehicle is provided to achieve improved durability of exhaust manifold and air purifying performance of catalyst converter. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust manifold(30) comprises first, second, third and fourth runners(31,32,33,34) connected to a cylinder mounted in an engine, wherein the first runner and the fourth runner are connected to the side surfaces of a gas confluence unit(35), respectively. The second runner and the third runner interposed between the first runner and the fourth runner are integrally combined into Y-shape, and the combined portion is connected to the gas confluence unit. The first, second, third and fourth runners have cross sections expanded in the portion connected to the gas confluence unit so as to reduce the flow velocity of the exhaust gas flowing into the gas confluence unit.
