<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse sound detection method and device that estimates a background noise level correctly and prevents the background noise from being continuously detected as a pulse component even if the background noise level is increased rapidly. SOLUTION: An instant power calculation processing part 11, a pulse component detection processing part 12, a background noise level estimation processing part 13, a wide-band level calculation processing part 14, a long-time average level calculation processing part 15, and a wide-band detection processing part 16 are newly added to an input terminal 1, a frequency division processing part 2, a threshold calculation processing part 6, and an output terminal 7. Only when a narrow-band analysis result exceeding a threshold exists due to a comparison processing for each frequency pin, and rapid change of the wide- band level has not been detected due to a wide-band comparison processing, the narrowband analysis result that exceeds the threshold is judged as a pulse sound.</p> |
