PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to prevent the printed circuit board from easily escaping from the rear cover and achieve improved productivity by improving assembly structure of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke comprises a coil separator including a screen portion, a rear cover(11b) and a neck portion extended from the rear cover and coupled to an electron gun of a CRT; horizontal and vertical deflection coils mounted at inner and outer surfaces of the coil separator; a printed circuit board(30) coupled to the rear cover of the coil separator, and which has a plurality of slide grooves(31) formed at the top of the printed circuit board and a plurality of through holes(32) formed at the lower portion of the printed circuit board; an upper hook piece(41) protruded from the side surface of the rear cover, and which has an end with a rib contacting a surface of the printed circuit board and the other end with a protrusion connecting the other surface of the printed circuit board; a lower hook piece(42) arranged at the upper hook piece, and which has a rib and a protrusion penetrating through the through holes of the printed circuit board so as to support both side surfaces of the printed circuit board; and an escape prevention unit(45) formed by protruding each protrusion of a pair of upper hook pieces in such a manner that protrusions are opposed to each other so as to form a space for insertion of a separated piece of the printed circuit board. As a result, the printed circuit board is not easily escaped from the pair of upper hook pieces during assembly.
