<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in integrating a plurality of LSIs into one LSI, wherein the problems are generation of large man-hours for redesigning the software due to large changes in the hardware specification, quality degradation brought by the redesigning, and a long development period, and in addition, requirement for high-level analysis technology and a long period of testing, in testing in an LSI-built-in state. SOLUTION: An input-output IF part 106, to which software for controlling each LSI has accessed, remains in this LSI after integrating the LSIs and activates the built-in software via the input-output IF part 106.</p> |
