PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide organic EL equipment, in which the electro-optical characteristic of a luminescence layer is optimized for every luminescence domains of each colors. SOLUTION: An electronic pouring layer 8 is formed only in the blue color luminescence domain B, and the electronic pouring layer 8 is not formed in the red luminescence domain R and the green luminescence domain G.
