PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively manage both accounts receivable and payable, and to simplify fund management by restraining incoming and outgoing of funds. Then, the POS terminal device 41 prepares a payment data based on the billing information, and sends the payment data to a sales administration computer 31 in the headquarter of the convenience store 3. The sales management computer 31, after a specified time has passed, sends the payment data to a fund management server 11 provided at a leasing company 1. The fund management server 11, when it attains the payment data through a telecommunication line, allocates the paid amount as a deposit received. After that, the fund management server 11 squares off the amount of account receivable indicated by the stored account receivable data with the attained paid amount.
