PLANAR ELECTRIC FUNCTIONAL DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar electric functional device board which is made platelike and flexible without sintering. SOLUTION: An electric functional particle layer is sandwiched between electrode thin plates which are arranged in parallel and opposed to each other, and is inserted into a vacuum packaging bag. The bag is decompressed. An electrical connection between the electrode thin plates and the electric functional particles and among the electric functional particles inside the packaging bag can be ensured by a pressing force generated by atmospheric pressure, then liquid resin prepolymer is injected into gaps between the electrode thin plates and the electric functional particles and among the electrical functional particles, and the resin prepolymer is cured for manufacturing a planar electric functional device board where an electrical connection is ensured among the functional particles and between the functional particles and the electrode thin plates.
