PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printing plate exposure device capable of preventing occurrence of a nip track on a printing plate by rotating a conveying roller holding the printing plate even at a standby time before conveying the printing plate onto the surface table of an exposure part, and then, capable of suppressing deterioration of printing quality (deterioration of image) and capable of improving the productivity of forming the image on the printing plate better than the conventional printing plate exposure device. SOLUTION: The conveying roller is continuously rotated during the standby time until an unexposed printing plate which is already fed by a printing plate feeding means, and also, which is going to be exposed next to the printing plate in exposing in the image exposure part. By continuously rotating the conveying roller, the contact area of the unexposed printing plate with the conveying roller is changed. |
