摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for making a router or a gateway alone in a relay network unable to singly recognize the in-zone position of a mobile terminal in a mobile communication system for performing packet communications. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal M is provided with; a means for storing connection relation information between the nodes of the relay network TN; and a means for storing the correlation between the public key and the node name of a router and a gateway in the relay network. The mobile terminal at position registration encrypts temporary identification information TID and the information of a next transfer destination node of a relay station by using the public key of each node and transmits the encrypted information to each node of the relay station. Each node of the relay network decodes the position registration information received from the mobile terminal at position registration by using a private key, and stores the address information of a succeeding transfer destination node in correlation with the TID of the mobile terminal. The identification TID temporarily assigned to the mobile terminal is used for a destination of a packet addressed to the mobile terminal in the relay network. When the node in the relay network receives a packet addressed to the mobile terminal, the node transfers the packet to the succeeding transfer destination node stored in the node so that the system can transfer packets to the mobile terminal while concealing the position of the mobile terminal to each node.
