PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a problem solution system for the case wherein different requests are given for the value of a variable each time under the same restrictions. SOLUTION: A system is equipped with a means 2 which receives external requests for the values of the variable as conditions other than restrictions as a set of combinations of allowed values of the variable, a means 3 which generates a plurality of restriction satisfying solutions satisfying the requests and restrictions, and a means 4 which compares the generated solution with solutions employed in the past problem solution examples and which finds an evaluation value of the solution based on the frequency of adoption of the same solution and outputs the solution having the highest evaluation value.
