PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency data type CPU capable of processing a large amount of frequency data in parallel in batch by having the many conditions by one bit. SOLUTION: In this frequency data type CPU for processing data as color (frequency data), memory (register) effects are obtained by feeding back a signal which is turned to be the same color as data read by an optical element to a current liquid crystal board. This CPU is able to process a plurality of filter programs or the like in a batch, or to transfer a large amount of data. This CPU is able to operate the CPU as a variable clock, and the CPU is provided with a function for fetching an image as an ROM function.
