<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create and distribute digest data by creating tag information of a scene where the degree of attention of contents data is high and applying editing processing to the tag information. SOLUTION: A specific condition of the contents data is detected as index information (tag information) for preparing digest data from the contents data, and the tag information is added to a frame position corresponding to the elapsed time of the contents data or the number of passing frames. Digest information is prepared by merging frames from the tag information time sequentially and recorded as a different file together with the tag information showing the frame position of the contents data on a recording medium. Furthermore, a frame position shifted only by an optionally set time or the number of frames as a distance from the frame position shown by the tag information in a cross direction is added as new tag information in addition to the tag information. Not an image just in front of an attentional image but images in front of and at the back of the attentional image are stored in the digest data.</p> |
