PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized optical information processing device, which is formed in one body by using a light receiving element array having high sensitivity and high-speed response characteristics to optical input, in an optical information processing device which is used for optical computing, optical image processing, etc. SOLUTION: This optical information processing device has a constitution where a semiconductor operation circuit chip 17, the light-receiving element array which is formed integrally in one body on the chip and constituted by burying light-receiving elements 19 in penetration holes formed on a substrate, and a glass substrate 16 with a diffraction optical element which is provided with the diffraction optical element are formed in one body. As a result, the miniaturized optical information processing device is realized, which is correctively formed in are body and has high sensitivity and high-speed response characteristic to optical input. |
