PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch unit with a built-in controller capable of improving a resistance against a surge without impairing low loss, high isolation and low distortion characteristics. SOLUTION: The high-frequency switch unit comprises a control terminal 105, a power source terminal 104, a GND terminal 106, an RF terminal 101, a switch section 110 for switching an I/O route of the RF signal to be input from the terminal 101, the controller 130 connected to the terminal 105 and the terminal 104 to control the section 110, and protective diodes 165, 166 and 167 respectively provided between the terminal 105 and the terminal 101, between the terminal 105 and the terminal 106 and between the terminal 104 and the terminal 106. |
