TRAVEL PLAN OFFERING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that making a travel plan by dividing the travel period by time which is conducted mainly at a window of a travel agent manually requires a lot of labor and cost and that a user is pressed for time. SOLUTION: A condition obtaining part 24 obtains a user's conditions of travel. A plan creating part 26 creates a travel plan referring to a database 36 based on the obtained conditions. An outputting part 34 shows the created travel plan to the user and a detecting part 32 obtains an e-mail address of a cellular phone 13 of the user to which this plan is to be distributed and the timing of distribution. A mail editing part 44 edits the e-mail to be distributed to the user based on the obtained information. A mail distributing part 28 distributes the edited e-mail to the cellular phone 13 at the desired time.
