PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary switch device easy to manufacture and relatively inexpensive. SOLUTION: This rotary switch device is composed of a linear slide switch 3 and a motion conversion mechanism converting the rotary motion of an operating shaft 7 into the linear motion of a slide part 13 of the linear slide switch 3. The motion conversion mechanism is equipped with a rotary arm 9 fixed to the operating shaft 7 and rotating together with the operating shaft 7; and locking structure locking the rotary arm 9 and the slide part 15 so as to linearly move the slide part 15 when the tip of the rotary arm 9 is rotated. |
