PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the inside of a heating furnace of a reflow unit is normally 200 to 300 deg.C, a housing covering the reflow unit to eliminate the danger of a worker is desired to be small size and light weight particularly at an upper side for easy handling, but when an interval from the furnace is narrow, its surface temperature is raised, and using of a large quantity of heat insulators inside the housing, to avoid this, raises cost and increases weight. SOLUTION: The reflowing unit comprises the housing section (upper housing 4) of an upper side constituted of a reinforcing fiber plastic. Thus, the surface temperature rise of the housing 3 can be suppressed due to the heat insulation effect of the plastic with the small size and the light weight while its strength is maintained. |
