PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can be made small. SOLUTION: In the battery pack comprising a single battery 6, an electric circuit 10 having an external terminal for controlling charge and/or discharge of the single battery, and a housing 5 for housing these, the electric circuit 10 comprises the external terminal 3 on the surface of the board 1, chip components on the rear surface of the board and a resin 2 covering the same, and flat parts 4 in the resin surface whose distance from the board surface is constant. A rib 7 and the flat part 4 are fitted in each other.
