SOLUTION: Because an inverter circuit can be manufactured as this has a built in battery 1 and an inductance L1 of the primary winding wire of a step-up transformer 6 provided at the inverter circuit and the voltage VIN of the battery are made to have relationships shown as L1 (μH)<0.01×VIN (V)<2> -0.09×VIN (V)+13.5, VIN (V)>30, and L1 (μH)<70, preparation of the portable high-frequency heating device can be realized without making the high-frequency heating device large-sized, or with a high price.
