PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network facscimile machine capable of using easily a mail address when a user uses the address for the other purposes by extracting the mail address from a character string of the received mail contents for storing the address in a memory. SOLUTION: A facscimile machine comprises an e-mail transmitting/receiving function, and is equipped with an extraction storing means for extracting a character string of mail addresses from a text of the received mail to store this extracted address information in a memory, and a printing means for printing by an instruction from an operator. It is desirable that this facscimile machine further comprises a peripheral information analogizing means for analogizing peripheral information (name) of the mail address mentioned in the text; a peripheral information storing means for storing the peripheral information in the memory so as to associate with the mail address; and a peripheral information transmitting means for transmitting the peripheral information to the address instructed by the user according to an instruction of the user.
