PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crescent with a security function and a security system being inconspicuous and prevented from marring the beautiful appearance. SOLUTION: A transmission circuit 19, a power supply 20, and an opening/ closing operation detecting switch 21 are distributedly disposed in a window frame unit 25 installed inside a window frame 4 and inside a crescent body 2. This constitution can prevent components required for attaining the crime preventing function from being exposed outside the crescent body 2 and the window frame 4.
