<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing method, device, and program capable of generating video images matched with a preference of a viewer without imposing huge burdens on an editor. SOLUTION: At the time of selecting a plurality of video images or one optional part and distributing one viewable video image by a video distribution part 12, a selection information acquisition part 13 acquires selection states of the respective video images, a viewing rate calculation part 14 calculates viewing rates of the respective video images on the basis of the selection states and a video editing part 15 performs editing of successively rearranging a plurality of the video images on the basis of the calculated viewing rates and generates the video images for recording.</p> |
