PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preliminary threatening device capable of reducing damage of a car by a thief by considerably threatening the thief when approaching to the car, and letting him resign it and to provide an onboard theft alarm device provided therewith. SOLUTION: This preliminary threatening device 1 is characterized in having a detection part 2 sensing changes in a physical quantity by an object approaching towards the surroundings to detect the approach of a human body, a control part 3 processing the detection signal inputted from the detection part 2 and outputting a control signal, and a notification part 4 executing a threatening notification to the human body so as to prevent an onboard theft, when the control signal is inputted.
