PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a customer by issuing an application form for automated payment to a transferring account and applying for the automated payment when performing a payment transaction such as public utility charges by an automated transaction device. SOLUTION: This automated transaction device receives a written payment describing, at least, information of the transferring account, recognizes the description contents of the received written payment, pays it based on the recognized contents, and when the preparation of the application form for the automated payment based on the description contents of the written payment is specified during the payment processing, this device prepares the application form for the automated payment based on the description contents of the written payment recognized through the written payment. |
