PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a searching/ordering device, system and method which can search desired goods easily and rapidly from a catalog and can even place an order based on the search result. SOLUTION: The present invention is the searching/ordering device having a communication control part 21 for communication with a server, a storage part 23 for storing information relating to goods, a display part 24 for predetermined display, an operation part 25 for entering search information based on this display, and a control part 22 which analyzes the above search information, replaces the search information on goods of another company with that on the replaceable goods of the company when search information on goods of another company is entered as the search information, identifies goods based on the analysis and the replacement result and controls the information relating to the order of the goods concerned so that it is sent to the server through the communication control part 21. |
