<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner making device for making toner which can be kneaded again by adding fine powder occurring in a toner making process to materials as it is without processing the fine power by a compactor or the like. SOLUTION: The toner making device is provided with an entrance zone screw which is provided in an entrance zone to feed a mixture containing at least a binding resin for toner and a colorant to a following stage and a kneading screw which is provided in a kneading zone to knead the mixture fed from the entrance zone screw while fusing it by heating, and the toner making device kneads and cools the mixture and crushes and classifies the cooled mixture. In the toner making device, a fine powder re-kneading means (an entrance zone screw 21a having a small sectional area in the axial direction and a vent 22a for deaeration) which can knead again the fine powder occurring in the crushing and classifying process at it is provided in at least one of the entrance zone and the kneading zone.</p> |
