PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device with which the inside of a blind via hole of a printed wiring board is sufficiently and surely cleaned, the printed wiring board is stably carried in the case of cleaning and moisture or drops of water are removed without being stuck and left inside the blind via hole after cleaning. SOLUTION: In a cleaning device 1, first of all, a brush 4 and a suction 5 are adopted while being combined in a cleaning liquid F. Concerning the blind via hole, after the cleaning liquid F is called by the brush part 4, the cleaning liquid F is made to flow in, spouted and removed by suction by a slit-shaped suction port 20 in the suction 5 curving and inclining front and rear sides. Secondly, the slit-shaped suction port 20 is arranged to distribute a suction power or suction power is controlled by a control unit 25. Thirdly, a liquid removing device 32 combining a brush 35 and a suction 36 is added on the downstream side, and moisture or drops of water in the blind via hole are removed. |
