PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system and wireless communication equipment with which efficiency in communication is improved by reducing pressure to communication channel capacity caused by the increase of a communication information quantity. SOLUTION: A data link part 103 generates a frame having common channel information to be transmitted by a common channel which is a common radio channel, and individual channel information to be transmitted by an individual channel which is a radio channel different from the common channel, and when transmitting such a frame, a carrier wave is detected on the common channel by a CPU 101. When the common channel is vacant as a result of carrier wave detection, the data of the frame are modulated by a modem part 104 and transmitted from an RF part 105 through an antenna 13.
