MOBILE TERMINAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MOBILE TERMINAL CORRESPONDING THERETO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system where a driver can use a mobile terminal while driving a vehicle without a problem of traffic safety even when it is difficult for the driver of the vehicle to safely stop the vehicle or without the need for mechanical connection of a hands-free device to an earphone terminal or an extension terminal of the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal management system is provided with; a mobile terminal capable of making a speech or data communication even via a near distance wireless communication section; a sensor for sensing an operating state of an engine of a vehicle and a parking brake; and a sensor for sending a location of the mobile terminal in the vehicle. The system places a limit of use of the mobile terminal brought into the inside of the vehicle such as an available speech by the main body and an available speech via only the near distance wireless communication section according to outputs of the sensors.
