PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction of a metal terminal and a conductive resin material and a joining method in which thermal deterioration of the conductive resin material at the area near the junction area can be prevented, reliability of strength of mechanical contact and electrical junction can also be improved, re-junction of metal terminal is assured, and the metal die structure is not complicated. SOLUTION: A metal member 2 is inserted in the conductive resin material 1 consisting of the thermoplastic composite conductive resin including a conductive filler in the manner to expose the surface thereof. Moreover, the metal terminal 4 of an electronic component 9 is welded for junction, via a low-melting point metal 3, within a recessed area 5 formed at the surface of the metal member 2.
