PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to secure an insulating strength even if a temperature detection is made from a place like a human body where an insulation is necessary, in the heating to demand a finer temperature adjustment while the temperature of heated subject is maintained constant. SOLUTION: At the curved inner face of an aluminum-made frame material which is molded in an arch-form, a urethane foaming member and a surface heat generation body made from a carbon fiber mix paper and radiates far- infrared rays are laminated in sequence. Thermometry means (5a) and (5b) detect the surface temperature and the atmospheric temperature of the space being radiated of the far-infrared rays, a power supply is adjusted by a control means which calculates the optimum calorific value based on the temperatures, and the temperature is kept constant. The temperature of the heated subject is detected by a temperature sensor (5c) for the body temperature, converted into a signal and transmitted by a radio at a transmission part (8), the temperature information is sent to a control device (2) through a receiving part (9) so that the optimum control value is calculated, and the quantity of heat generation of a heat generation body (1) is adjusted.
