PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a contact failure due to intrusion of foreign matter and to prevent deterioration of operation feeling even in temperature drop. SOLUTION: This dome contact sheet 5 is composed by sticking a dome contact 4 formed of a dome-shaped contact spring material with click action at a position overlapping a contact 7 on a board 11 on an adhesive surface 2 of an adhesive film 2. An opening part 12 is previously formed in the adhesive film 2 by matching it to the top part of the dome contact 4 and the upper surface around the top part of the dome contact 4 is stuck to an adhesive surface 3 of the circumferential edge of the opening part of the adhesive film 2 by using it as a sticking part 10. This switch 1 with click action is composed by combining the contact sheet 5 with the board 11 having the contact 7.
