PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a buyer-oriented business deal environment by having sellers compete so that buyers are satisfied. SOLUTION: Information on how much satisfied buyers are with purchased goods is collected by an Internet market server, and this satisfaction information is processed to become easy to understand and provided to the buyers to be used when choosing goods. At that time, information processing is executed, considering satisfaction relation indicated by the buyer in the past or acquaintance relation between buyers so as to improve availability of the provided information. Additionally, information provided by evaluators is used by the Internet market so that satisfaction competition between sellers can be executed smoothly and efficiently. Useful information to be grasped by the Internet market in the course of the operation is processed and then, provided to sellers so as to giving an efficiency-mind to sellers' activities and making sellers compete at a higher level. |
