PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user to access a homepage by speaking a name associated with the name of the homepage and a similar name to a terminal device. SOLUTION: This homepage access system is constituted by connecting the terminal device 1 and an operating device 2 by the Internet 3 and characterized in that since the name of the homepage and character information associated with the name are inputted by the terminal device 1 and registered in the operating device 2, so the user speaks the name associated with the name of the homepage through the terminal device 1 such as a portable telephone set to obtain regular URL information. Further, the user when speaking the name of the homepage can retrieve and select it even by inputting a similar name, so the user can obtain the URL even if the name of the homepage is not correctly pronounced. |
