PREPARATION SYSTEM OF OVERALL COMPANY CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNTING DATA BY SEGMENT IN COMPANY GROUP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for preparing overall company consolidated accounting data by segment which is obtained by allowing a parent company having a plurality of the segments to combine accounting with a plurality of consolidated subsidiaries by using a computer. SOLUTION: Accounting data 1a and 1b of the parent company and consolidated subsidiaries including specific accounts for mutually cooperating investment and divident relation generated between the parent company and consolidated subsidiaries by the segment are prepared. Based on these data, the accounting data 2a and 2b of main offices and the respective segments are totaled. Then, first consolidated correcting and sorting processing for erasing the specific accounts mutually cooperated concerning the investment and divident relation generated between the parent company and consolidated subsidiaries and business accounts generated between them to prepare consolidated corrected accounting data 5a and 5b of the main offices and the respective segments and second consolidated correcting and sorting processing for erasing business accounts generated between the segments and between the respective segments and head offices are carried out to prepare the overall company consolidated accounting data by segment 6b including various kinds of financial statements.
