<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for diagnosing energy consumption capable of diagnosing energy consumption easily to properly judge whether energy consumption at a customer's facilities is reasonable or not. SOLUTION: The system comprises a means 51 which obtains data of energy rate of a customer's side using entered information about the customer peculiar to the customer's facilities, a means 52 which converts data of energy rate of the customer's side to data of energy consumption of the customer's side using data of an energy price obtained from a database E3, a means 53 which obtains attribute data of the customer's side, a means 54 which creates information of a diagnostic result against the data of consumption of the customer's side using the attribute data of the customer's side and a means 57 which performs output processing for information of a diagnostic result.</p> |
