PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching unit which is capable of reducing a leakage flux, improving a magnetic coupling, and decreasing stray capacitance without increasing its size. SOLUTION: A matching unit is equipped with input coils N1 connected in series and output coils N2 connected in series, and a magnetic circuit is composed of the input coils N1 and the output N2. Both or either of the input coils 1 and the output coils 2 of laminated structure are divided in two or more coils (N1-1, N1-2, N2-1 and N2-2), and the coils 1 or the coils 2 are sandwiched between the coils 2 or the coils 1.
