PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making an electrode film, which can allow to make easily a part in which the permeability of gas is not excellent but the sheet resistance is low, and a part in which the permeability of gas is excellent but the sheet resistance is high, respectively. SOLUTION: When a conductive film is formed on a solid electrolyte, the construction is characterized by including a process of changing the surface condition of the solid electrolyte depending on the place and a process of depositing the conductive film on the solid electrolyte to make a wiring part in which the sheet resistance value is low and the permeability rate of gas is low, and a porous electrode part in which the sheet resistance value is high and the permeability rate of gas is high, respectively. |
