PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method for vocal reading-aloud, which can read text data aloud in a hearing style that a driver desires. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a receiving means 1-6 which receives text data, a text data management part 1-1 which manages the received text data, a state judgment part 1-5 which finds an operation load, a voice read-aloud processing part 1-2, and a speaker 1-3. Then the voice read-aloud processing part 1-2 sets the time of each read of text data shorter as the operation load increases. Consequently, when the operation load becomes heavy and other's attention needs to be attracted, the amount of text data read aloud at each time decreases, so the driver can easily grasp the read-aloud contents. |
