PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control a cooling (blowing) fan corresponding to a system operation state and an environment, to save energy and to safely operate a device. SOLUTION: One of bower units 1-i and 2-i belonging to the same group i (i=1 to 4) is constituted as a master unit 1-i capable of autonomously controlling a rotation speed of a blower fan corresponding to a temperature, and synchronously controlling the fan rotation speed of the other blower unit 2-i belonging to the same group i on the basis of its own fan rotation speed control state. Also, the device is provided with a cooling monitoring and controlling part 5 for respectively monitoring operation states of the blower units 1-i and 2-i, and setting the fan rotation speed control state of the master unit 1-i of the group (i) requiring cooperative control of the fan rotation speed for maintaining such cooling ability as before occurrence of abnormality, to a cooperative control state when abnormal operation occurs. |
