PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution to the difficulties of miniaturizing a conventional inverted F antenna or a helical antenna, and of widening band with the miniaturization. SOLUTION: This antenna device comprises an exciting element 1 consisting of a rectangular conductor, and a grounding plate 2 arranged close with a specified gap W to at least one side of the exciting element 1. The device constitutes a small antenna that requires less area for mounting, and that has wide band and less conductor loss. |
